Daniel Callahan

Mr. Callahan has over twenty years of experience in investment banking, management and operations. He has an extensive background in venture finance, M&A, and capital formation. Mr. Callahan is a co-founder of Rock Creek Advisors, LLC, a management consulting organization located in Bethesda, Maryland that serves middle market and emerging technology companies in equity and debt private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services. Prior to co-founding Rock Creek, he was a Managing Partner of Stockbridge Capital, LLC, a Washington, DC-based middle market, technology investment bank. Mr. Callahan was also Executive Vice President of UOL Publishing, a position that resulted from his negotiation of the merger of UOL and HTR, Inc., an IT training, consulting, and software development company for which he served as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Callahan began his career as an equity and bond trader for Drexel Burnham Lambert. In addition to serving as a director for TSS Wireless, Mr. Callahan serves on the boards of TEC Communications, a tradeshow software and messaging company, and Centre-ville Imports, an importer of fine burgundy wines. Mr. Callahan holds a BS in Mass Communications from the University of Utah.
