Richard A. Page
Richard A. Page, a recognized leader in manufacturing, marketing, operations and human resources, has helped to define the organizations, which his career has spanned. Beginning his career with Chevron Chemical Company, Richard was quickly recognized as a leader and assumed the role of a Plant Manager. As Shell Chemical Company assumed control over the Chevron operation; Richard went back into the field in an engineering capacity to provide leadership to the Triazine Venture Team. Upon successful venture scope preparation, Richard then stepped in as the Construction Oversight Engineer and Plant Start-Up Coordinator for a revolutionary new manufacturing facility. Once the plant was in operation, Richard assumed the role of General Manager and eventually Plant Manager. This role allowed Richard to become very active in corporate policy as well as becoming Shell Oil Company's Midwest Key Congressional Constituent to Washington, D.C.
Richard remained in this role as E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Company Inc. (DuPont - DD) assumed possession of the operations. Within DuPont, Richard was able to broaden his professional aspirations while ensuring that those around him were set up to succeed. Assuming roles like the Dean of the DuPont Agricultural University and Global Manager of Operations Training & Development as well as Plant Manager positions within DuPont's Automotive Finishes and Performance Coatings divisions, Richard made a worldwide impact on the organization.
An inductee into the DuPont Hall of Marketing Excellence and recipient of numerous business related awards, Richard has also served as a board member or president of several social, business and economic organizations.
